Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring our residential projects to life through compelling visuals and engaging video content. The candidate will play a key role in creating marketing materials that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Video Editing
Edit project walkthrough videos, site progress videos, and promotional content
Create engaging reels, ads, and social media videos
Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
Coordinate with marketing team for storytelling and campaign execution
Collaboration Execution:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies
Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace
Positive understanding of typography, color theory,



and layout design
Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives
Basic understanding of real estate marketing is a plus

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
