Job Summary:
nWe are looking for an Analytics Engineer with solid technical and analytical expertise to join our Data & Analytics team within Production Technology.
nIn this role, you will use tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Python to transform raw data into curated data models and high-quality datasets that support reporting, product insights, and operational decision-making across the organisation. You will also explore and analyse additional datasets to support data discovery initiatives alongside Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
nYou will work closely with Data, Product, and Operations stakeholders, taking ownership of building and maintaining scalable analytics data models, resolving data issues, and delivering insights that drive measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
nThis is an ideal role for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative,



globally distributed team workplace.

nExperience:

5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Business Intelligence Engineer, or Senior Data Analystn
Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience building complex data modelsn
Experience using Python for data manipulation, automation, or visualisationn
Hands-on experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or other cloud data platforms (e.g. Redshift, Snowflake), including working with JSON data structuresn
Solid collaboration skills and experience working with Product, Operations, or business stakeholdersn
Strong problem-solving ability and business acumenn
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage end-to-end data tasksn

Familiarity with modern data tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Databricks-based workflowsn
Experience working with BigQue
