nWe're looking for a confident Performance Marketer to grow our D2C brand through Meta ads. This is a fun, hands-on opportunity to test creative ideas, work with a collaborative team, and see the direct impact of your campaigns.
nWhat you'll do

- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns.n
- Manage budgets, audiences, retargeting, and campaign performance.n
- Collaborate with the creative team to test ads, messaging, and formats.n
- Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue, then share explicit recommendations.n

nRequired experience

- n




- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for D2C brands.n
- A strong understanding of the D2C business model, customer journey, acquisition, retention, and unit economics.n
- A track record of improving campaign performance.n
