Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nYou will be a senior engineer on the x360Sync team at ConnectWise, owning development of the macOS agent — a native desktop application at the heart of the x360Sync backup and file sync product. The application is primarily written in C++, with Swift and Objective-C used for macOS-native components. You will be stepping into a mature codebase with real ownership and scope from day one.

Design, implement, and maintain features in the x360Sync macOS agent, working primarily in C++ with Swift and Objective-C for platform-native integrationsn
Debug and resolve production issues, including deep-dive investigation across the application stack and macOS system APIsn
Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing technical recommendations grounded in macOS platform best practicesn
Write clean, well-tested code and take part in code reviews — both giving and receiving constructive feedbackn
Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers,



and cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule without cutting corners on qualityn
Contribute to improving engineering standards, internal tooling, and development processesn
Help scope and break down complex problems into well-defined tasks for yourself and the broader teamn
Document technical decisions, system behavior, and processes clearly for teammates and future contributorsn

Solid skilled experience writing C++ in a production settingn

Experience debugging complex, multi-threaded, or multi-process
