nAbout the role:
nWe are looking for an experienced Voice Networking / Unified Communications Engineer to provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure.
nThe candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX, along with valuable knowledge of SIP-based voice communication.
nThe role will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability of the enterprise telephony environment.
nPreferred candidates should have hands-on experience with:
