nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager to drive product initiatives by bridging Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams. The role requires strong C#/.NET & Web understanding, program execution, analytical thinking, communication, and an end-user mindset.
nKey Responsibilities

Drive initiatives from requirements to development, testing, and release.n
Understand end-user needs and translate them into transparent product/technical requirements.n
Work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to drive solution execution.n
Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, dependencies, and risks.n
Analyze complex problems, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.n
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.n




Ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver a solid end-user experience.n

nMust-Have Skills

8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Technical Product Management / Technical Leadership.n
Robust understanding of C#, .NET/.NET Core and Web applications.n
Positive understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and software architecture.n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.n
Excellent verbal and written communication.n
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.n
Strong customer/end-user-oriented thinking.n
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Git.n

Cloud experience – Azure/AWS.n
Experience with enterprise/product engineering environments.n
