nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Associate to join the Stakeholder Delight team at Give. The role involves resolving donor and NGO queries in a timely manner and engaging with stakeholders across multiple communication channels.
nResponsibilities

Work in versatile shifts and adhere to all SLAsn
Take end-to-end responsibility for understanding and addressing pain-points of external stakeholdersn
Contribute to the planning and execution of internal initiativesn
Resolve queries from NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders within SLAs, following standard processesn
Complete quality checks on resolved support ticketsn
Assist donors through the donation and reactivation process over phone callsn
Reach out to internal teams for resolution of queriesn
Analyze posts from social media channels and resolve or escalate actionable comments and queriesn
Capture the voice of stakeholders and work with internal teams to resolve their pain-pointsn
Have good interpersonal skills, with command over verbal and written English and Hindin
Be a team player with a skilled attituden
Not be afraid to ask relevant questionsn
