Job DescriptionJob description: Single point of contact for visiting auditors, inspectors, certification bodies and customer representatives. Covers the full visit lifecycle form travel and hotel, airport transfers, meals, local transport, site hosting at the INA3 facility in Sawardha, along with coordination with Quality/Compliance/EHS teams, etc. Business dinners and extended hours during visit periods are part of the role.
nRequirements:

3–5 years in guest relations, front office, corporate hospitality, client servicing, etc.n
Hotel management or hospitality diploma preferred, or prior hotel/airline/events experiencen
Fluent English and Hindi, polished qualified presencen
Willing to travel frequently to Sawarda and work irregular hours during visitsn
