Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for Lending domain projects.n




Own the overall quality of testing deliverables and timely project execution.n
Drive testing governance, quality assurance, defect management, and process compliance.n
Act as the primary point of contact for test delivery and quality-related initiatives. Key Responsibilitiesn
Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery across projects.n
Create and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Governance framework.n
Define resource requirements, allocation plans, and technical skill requirements.n
Create Test Design, Test Execution Plans, and testing schedules.n
Manage and monitor defect lifecycle and defect resolution activities.n
Drive continuous Test Improvement Initiatives across the project lifecycle.n
Ensure adequate test coverage for business, functional, and integration requirements.n
Identify project risks, quality concerns, and mitigation strategies.n
