Job DescriptionJob profile: The Student Success Executive (SSE) in Emertxe is a student coaching and engagement role. The SSE works directly with student cohorts building relationships, monitoring progress, engaging consistently and driving placement outcomes. This role requires SSE to connect with engineering students and sustain high engagement throughout Emertxe's long term placement oriented program.

nResponsibilities:

Proactively engage, coach and motivate cohort of students. Conduct coaching sessions to monitor progress, identify struggling students, and follow up on previous commitmentsn
Deliver structured orientation programs, soft skill sessions and placement readiness workshops to students at key points across the programmen




Identify students who are falling behind and counsel them individually for higher performance and outcomesn
Coordinate with Program Managers, Technical Mentors, and the Placement Team as neededn
Provide timely operational support for a cohort of students to ensure their technical learning journey is smooth and effectiven

Previous experience in handling students in Academia / Counseling / Recruitment industry would be a plusn
