nWe are looking for candidates who have:

Experience in Airline Reservations or the Travel Industryn
Good knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing proceduresn
Experience in handling travel agents and customersn
Strong communication and coordination skillsn
Good problem-solving and follow-up abilitiesn
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced settingn
A proactive, responsible and customer-focused approachn

nKey Responsibilities

Handle airline reservations and ticketingn
Manage booking requests, changes, cancellations and related queriesn
Coordinate with travel agents, customers and airline teamsn




Provide timely support for reservation and ticketing requirementsn
Follow up on pending bookings and ensure smooth processingn
Maintain accurate records and provide necessary reportsn
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure productive day-to-day operationsn
