nAbout the Role: SoulSensei is expanding its offline presence through workshops, retreats, and premium wellness experiences. We are looking for a Manager - Events & Partnerships to lead end-to-end event execution while building solid venue, vendor,



and brand collaborations. This role requires high ownership, solid on-ground execution, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.

nEvent Planning & Execution

Plan and execute workshops, retreats, and community events end-to-endn
Manage on-ground operations including setup, ambience, A/V, logistics, registrations, and flown
Create run sheets, checklists, and contingency plansn
Ensure a seamless, premium event experiencen
Handle real-time changes and high-pressure situationsn
Manage event inventory and procurementn

nVenues & Vendor Management

Source and finalize venues across Mumbai and other citiesn
Conduct recces, negotiate commercials, and build long-term partnershipsn
Manage vendors across production, décor, A/V, gifting, F&B;, and logisticsn
Identify and onboard new vendors aligned with brand requirementsn
