Responsible for ensuring payments of billsn
In charge of Utilities & infrastructure managementn
In charge of faxing documents to various locations on a timely mannern
Coordinating the appointments and consultation time of the visitors with the management and other employees of the organizationn
Maintaining the records of entry and exit detailsn
Managing the visitors and making the necessary arrangementsn
