nPosition - Growth Manager (Business Development )
nLocation - Kuala Lumpur
nInterested candidate can share their resume -
n10–15 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Shipping, Liner Agency, Project Logistics or related logistics businesses.
nStrong experience in commercial sales and business development within the Malaysian market.
nStrong understanding of key ports and major commercial/industrial markets.
nLocal candidates with hands-on experience can apply.
nCandidates of other nationalities currently working in Malaysia with relevant experience can also apply.
nProfessionals who have previously worked in Malaysia, have since returned to their home country, and are willing to relocate back can also apply.
nThe Growth Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing strategic business opportunities,
strengthening existing customer relationships and improving profitability across accounts.
nThe role will also involve market development, competitor analysis, trade lane expansion, customer engagement, sales reporting and regular business travel across country. The incumbent will be expected to build solid relationships with customers, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters and other relevant industry stakeholders while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
