nWe are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a great prospect for fresh graduates who are interested in client acquisition, and business development and want to build a career in the staffing and recruitment industry.
nKey Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.n
Reach out to companies through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.n
Generate and qualify leads and connect with hiring decision-makers.n
Understand client hiring needs and introduce our recruitment services.n
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate activity records.n
Meet monthly lead generation and client onboarding targets.n




Work closely with the recruitment team to support new client requirements.n

nRequirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.n
Freshers are welcome to apply.n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
Valuable confidence and willingness to make calls and connect with clients.n
Comfortable using LinkedIn and basic MS Office/Google Workspace tools.n
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.n
Prior sales, business development, or recruitment exposure is a plus, but not required.n
