nLocation: Pune
nQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
nKey Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end commercial/offices interior fit-out projects executionn
Plan and monitor project schedule, cost, quality and resourcesn
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendorsn
Manage civil, interior, finishing and MEP coordinationn
Handle BOQ, procurement, billing and project documentationn
Lead project teams and ensure timely project deliveryn
Monitor site progress, quality and HSE compliancen
Manage stakeholder communication and resolve project issuesn
