Job DescriptionWe're looking for someone with strong casting industry experience to help break into scripted and unscripted entertainment — reality shows, web series, OTT/streaming platforms, films, and brand-integrated productions. You'll act as the bridge between Chtrbox and casting directors, production houses, and OTT platforms, identifying and securing the right opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, production houses, OTT platforms, and talent agencies across film/TV/streaming/realityn
Track upcoming casting calls, auditions, and relevant prospects.n
Match individuals to suitable roles based on their profile, personality, and career goalsn
Prepare and pitch profiles, reels, and portfolios to casting teamsn
Coordinate auditions, self-tapes, and screen testsn
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms in coordination with the internal management teamn




Guide on audition prep, on-camera presence, and industry expectationsn
Stay on top of industry trends — current shows, platforms, and casting needs — to proactively pitch opportunitiesn
Maintain a pipeline/tracker of active submissions, callbacks, and outcomes.n

nRequirements

4+ years of experience in casting, or entertainment industry rolesn
Established network of casting directors, production houses, and OTT platform contactsn
Robust negotiation skills and contract familiarityn
Excellent relationship-management and pitching skillsn
Highly organized — able to manage multiple individuals and opportunities simultaneouslyn
Existing relationships with reality TV and streaming platform casting teamsn
