nWe are looking for a highly energetic and result-driven Senior Business Development Lead with solid experience in offline and field marketing within the hospitality industry.
nThe candidate will be responsible for generating recent business through direct client meetings, corporate visits, partnerships, and local networking to drive room bookings, banquet business, events, and F&B; revenue.
nThe ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and relationship building.
nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & Lead Generation (Offline)

Identify and approach corporate companies, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, institutions, and local businessesn
Conduct daily field visits, cold calls, and in-person meetingsn
Generate leads for:n

no Corporate outing bookings
no Banquet events & conferences




no Weddings & social events
no F&B; packages and group bookings
n· Develop local partnerships and tie-ups to increase brand visibility
nClient Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and B2B clientsn
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed businessn
Ensure repeat business and client retentionn
Handle client meetings, property visits, and presentationsn

nSales Target & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly individual revenue targetsn
Convert walk-in and field leads into confirmed bookingsn
