The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving insurance-related queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid English communication skills, valuable listening ability, a customer-oriented approach, and the flexibility to work in international shifts.
