nWhat You'll Do

Work directly with founders on high-priority business initiatives.n
Take projects from problem identification to execution.n
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.n
Analyze data and develop actionable insights.n
Build presentations, reports, and business recommendations.n
Support initiatives across strategy, growth, marketing, and operations.n




Coordinate with teams to drive execution and remove bottlenecks.n
Identify process gaps and help build better systems and processes.n
Take ownership of ad-hoc business problems and special projects.n

nWhat We're Looking For

0–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, operations, growth, or similar role is preferred.n
Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking.n
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and figure out solutions independently.n
Someone who thinks before executing and asks the right questions.n
Solid research and attention to detail.n
High sense of ownership and execution.n
Strong written and verbal communication.n
