nWhat You'll Do
n

Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules.n
Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas.n
Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications.n

nWhat We're Looking For
n




n
2.5+ years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development.n
Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a solid plus).n
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.n
Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.n
