nResponsibilities

Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.n
Understand the core Peoplesoft Finance processn
Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in PeopleSoft FSCM.n
Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements.n
Create current reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine), BI Publisher as per the requirements.n
Basic Functional knowledge of following module AP, AR, AM, Billing, GL, Eprocurementn
Prepare technical design.n
Perform peer code review.n

nEssential Skills

5+ years of experience in handling support issuesn
Proficient in People Tools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activityn
Positive understanding Peoplesoft Finance and supply chainn
Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publishern
Self-driven, ability to work independentlyn
Transparent communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholdersn
