nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced EUC L2 Support Engineer to provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in endpoint management tools, and ability to handle user calls and incidents efficiently.
nKey Responsibilities

Provide L2 support for end-user computing environmentn
Handle user calls, tickets, and remote support activitiesn
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issuesn
Analyze system logs and identify root cause of issuesn

nConfiguration of Windows Autopilot
n
n
Manage laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheralsn
Perform software installation, patching, and upgradesn
Create, package, publish, and deploy applications using SCCM/Intunen
Support domain join, user account issues, and basic Active Directory tasksn
Support Microsoft O365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)n
Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, network,



and connectivity issuesn
Perform OS imaging, device provisioning, and endpoint configurationn
Handle laptop theft/loss process including device lock/wipe coordinationn
Maintain asset inventory and documentationn
Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolutionn
Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for critical incidentsn
