nWe are looking for an experienced SME – Networking (L3) to join our growing team at SHI India
nThe role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise network environments within a Managed Services setup. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in network security, SD-WAN, routing, wireless, cloud networking, and advanced L3 troubleshooting.
nKey Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure network solutions.n
Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.n
Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki SD-WAN.n
Handle routing, switching, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies.n
Configure and support Aruba/Mist, Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, and related technologies.n




Support hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity and infrastructure.n
Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.n
Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, internal stakeholders, and OEM/vendor support teams.n
Drive network automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.n
Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.n

nPalo Alto Firewall
nBGP / Routing
nMeraki SD-WAN
nAdvanced Network Troubleshooting
nExperience & Skills

8+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience.n
Robust experience in a Managed Services workplace.n
Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies.n
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.n
