We are seeking a trainable candidate with valuable accounting and taxation knowledge with proficient communication to start a career with US taxation role.n

nJob Description:
n
n
Prepare and analyze U.S. individual income tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR, for CPA firm clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and applicable state tax regulations.n
Act as a preparer and quality-control extension of U.S.-based CPA firms, adhering to firm-specific review checklists, documentation standards, and engagement protocols.n
Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies in tax returns and supporting workpapers in coordination with U.S. CPA firm reviewers and managers.n
Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. individual tax return preparation, with a primary focus on Form 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR.n




Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Pro-connect, ProSystem, Lacerte, UltraTax, Intuit software(s), CCH, Drake) and other relevant tools.n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with U.S.-based CPA partners, managers, and reviewers.n
Ability to manage strict deadlines, and perform under peak-season pressure.n

M.B.A in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.n

nLanguage Proficiency (If Any):

Robust proficiency in written and verbal English communication.n

nRequired Certifications (If Any):
