As Botsync scales deployments, expands internationally, and prepares for Series-B fundraising, this role builds and owns the company's financial, accounting, legal, and investor-facing backbone. Twelve months in, success looks like clean, audit-ready financials across all entities with robust cash runway visibility and improved working capital cycles, smooth execution of Series-B fundraising and investor diligence, a robust legal and compliance framework with minimal founder dependency, and a finance function built to scale with Botsync's global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial strategy and leadership




Own Botsync’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Build and maintain multi-entity, multi-country financial models across hardware, software, and services
Provide the CEO and Board with explicit financial insights, unit economics, and cash runway visibility
Drive capital efficiency, margin improvement, and working capital optimization
Accounting, controls and compliance
Own end-to-end accounting operations across all entities (Singapore, India, Australia, and others), ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual closes are accurate and on time
Manage statutory audits, tax filings, GST/VAT, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance
Establish and maintain robust internal controls, approval matrices, and financial SOPs and reporting automation
