Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitmentn
Source and screen candidates for Engineering and Non-IT requirementsn
Recruit for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Supply Chain, Telecom, Utilities, and related Engineering domainsn
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidatesn
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesn
Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholdersn

nRequirements:

n
2–6 years of experience in US Staffingn
Strong experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitmentn
Valuable understanding of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)n
Experience using job boards and ATS toolsn
Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skillsn
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplacen
