nWe are looking for a presentable, proactive, and customer-focused qualified who can effectively handle customer interactions and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires positive communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, along with basic quantitative and computer knowledge.

In charge of all front desk operationsn
Attending incoming and outgoing callsn
Responsible for dispatching courier mails and maintenance of recordsn
Recording and proper filing of documentsn
Distributing inwards documents receivedn
Responsible for ensuring payments of billsn
In charge of Utilities & infrastructure managementn
In charge of faxing documents to various locations on a timely mannern
Coordinating the appointments and consultation time of the visitors with the management and other employees of the organizationn
Maintaining the records of entry and exit detailsn
Managing the visitors and making the necessary arrangementsn
Any other duties/ Responsibilities which may be assigned from time to timen
