Job Description
Manage overall security operations for the property.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Develop and implement security policies and protocols.
Oversee security staff and their performance.
Handle crisis management and emergency response plans.
Coordinate with government authorities and local organisations.
Monitor and evaluate security systems and technologies.

The Successful Applicant
15+ years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Paramilitary Forces, or Police Services, with demonstrated leadership experience.
Prior experience in handling security operations, crisis management,



intelligence, investigations, or stakeholder engagement.
Post-retirement experience within real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, or large corporate settings will be an advantage.
Robust understanding of the Maharashtra regulatory and law enforcement landscape, particularly within Pune and surrounding regions.
