The role involves supporting, developing, and providing technical consulting for our Master Data System, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Support, development and technical consulting for our Master Data System
/n
- Maintenance
/n
- Development in ORACLE
/n
- Service requests
/n
- Application support
/n
- Incident management
/n
- You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teams
/n
- Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge databases and support processes to improve efficiency in the support team
/n
- Proactive monitoring: You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issues
/n




- Release to Production: Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scripts
/n
- Project support: You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes
/n
- Customer interaction: You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutions
/n

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
- Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming
/n
- Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFS
/n
- A good command of English is a must
/n
- Experience (4+) in Confluence and JIRA rest services
/n
