Job Description
Make outbound calls to consumers regarding smart meter installation.
Clearly explain the advantages and purpose of smart meters to customers.
Inform consumers about the scheduled visit of installation personnel.
Confirm customer availability for installation on the given date.
Address basic customer queries and concerns in a polite and skilled manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth installation scheduling.
Follow up with customers when required.
