Job Responsibilities
Promote and create awareness about the SYLCON Shoes brand and products.
Engage with customers and explain product features, offers, and promotions.
Generate customer interest and increase store footfall and sales.
Conduct promotional activities at nearby locations, shopping areas, events, and residential areas.
Support door-to-door and outdoor marketing activities when required.
Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and offers.
Collect customer enquiries and leads and share them with the sales team.
Coordinate with showroom staff for promotional campaigns and special events.
Maintain a positive and professional brand image.
Prepare basic daily reports on promotional activities, leads, and customer responses.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Plus Two qualification.
Freshers can apply; retail/promotional experience will be an advantage.




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
Willingness to travel locally for promotional activities.
Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred.
Candidates from Kerala preferred.
Age preferably below 35 years.
