Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage product development, order coordination, production follow-up, and timely delivery. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and production teams.
Handle product development from sampling to final production.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders, and production documents.
Follow up on samples, approvals, materials, and production schedules.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely order completion.
Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards.
Track inventory, raw materials, and accessories as required.
Communicate buyer requirements clearly to the production team.




Monitor delivery schedules and resolve production or order-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, costs, and shipments.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare regular status reports for management and clients.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or a related field.
1–4 years of relevant merchandising experience.
Good knowledge of product development and production processes.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
