Role:
We are looking for Field Mobilizers to source candidates for domestic staffing opportunities in Delhi NCR, including maids, nannies, ayas, cooks, and household staff.

Responsibilities:
Source candidates through village/community visits and local networks.
Build relationships with local contacts, placement agents, SHGs, NGOs, etc.
Explain job prospects and relocation requirements.
Conduct basic candidate screening and collect details/documents.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for interviews and placements.
Maintain candidate follow-ups and generate referrals.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally.
Knowledge of the local area and community.
Basic smartphone/WhatsApp skills.
Experience in recruitment, field sales, NGO/community work is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
