Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Recent Delhi. This role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and driving revenue growth for Wedgate Matrimony’s services. Daily activities include supervising lead generation, monitoring conversion rates, conducting client meetings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.



The Senior Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings. The role also involves mentoring team members, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to support long-term business growth.

Qualifications
Solid leadership and team management skills, including performance coaching and mentoring.
Proven experience in direct sales, inside sales, and customer relationship management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and analyze sales data.
Experience in services or hospitality sectors; exposure to matrimonial or similar customer-centric businesses is an advantage.
