Strategy Consultant– Oil, Gas & Chemicals

Experience & Qualification
MBA from premier institute; B.E./B.Tech (desirable)
Experience in advisory/consulting roles within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector.
Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience required
Experience with Indian regulatory frameworks and digital transformation preferred

Role Overview
A seasoned consulting qualified with deep understanding of the OGC value chain—upstream, midstream, and downstream
Experienced in regulatory advisory, strategy, technology and project delivery.
Strong communicator with experience presenting at industry events
Ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects independently

Key Responsibilities
Lead on advisory engagement across the OGC value chain.
Support regulatory interpretation and policy advisory.
Lead end-to-end project delivery and client engagements.




Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and financial models.
Drive client workshops and executive presentations.
Support digital transformation initiatives in the sector.
Lead business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
Manage and mentor consulting teams.

Required Skills & Competencies
In-depth sector knowledge across upstream, midstream, and downstream.
Robust understanding of Indian regulatory landscape
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
Robust communication and presentation abilities.
Experience handling multiple engagements independently.

Exposure to digital projects preferred
