Role Description The Food and Beverage GSA (Guest Service Associate) is a full-time, in office role based in Abu Road. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. The Food and Beverage GSA supports the setup and clearance of tables, maintains hygiene and safety standards in the dining areas,



and coordinates with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

This role also includes handling guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and following resort policies and procedures to uphold service quality.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills.
Candidates should possess basic Culinary Skills and an understanding of food hygiene and safety.
Relevant experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant environments is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
Basic proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
