Job Title: Fashion Intern (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Kochi, Kerala (In office)

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are a growing online saree boutique looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly intern who has a passion for fashion, sarees, and social media. This is a excellent prospect for freshers who want hands-on experience in fashion retail, customer service, e-commerce operations, and content creation.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
Assist customers in selecting sarees and help convert enquiries into orders.
Coordinate order processing, packing, and dispatch activities.
Maintain order records and ensure smooth customer communication.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Support daily boutique operations and inventory management.
Participate in creating social media content and product showcase videos.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for saree showcases and promotional content.

Requirements
Freshers are encouraged to apply.




Passion for fashion, ethnic wear, and sarees.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Comfortable interacting with customers online and over calls.
Knowledge of saree draping and styling is an added advantage.
