Role & responsibilities
Drive branch business growth by acquiring current customers and increasing product penetration.
Achieve assigned targets for CASA, Deposits, Loans, Insurance, Investments, and other banking products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and timely resolution of queries.
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Lead, motivate, and support branch staff to achieve business and service objectives.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Identify business prospects in the local market and implement strategies to increase branch profitability.
Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, and local business networking.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes and controls.




Monitor branch productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Handle customer escalations and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain branch hygiene, security standards, and operational risk controls.
Track competition activities and market trends to strengthen branch performance.
Ensure achievement of branch revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.
Promote a customer-centric culture and maintain high service quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or Retail Banking.
Age below 40 years.
Robust sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of branch operations and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
