About the Role:

Emami is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial D2C Business Lead to scale its digital-first business. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — driving growth, profitability, and innovation across the e-commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will own the P&L;, champion consumer experience, and identify growth levers across acquisition, retention, and channel expansion for one of India’s most trusted wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the D2C business P&L; — driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability
Partner with the leadership team to align D2C goals with overall brand strategy and corporate vision
Develop and execute growth strategies across performance marketing, product mix, pricing, and acquisition/retention
Identify and scale current growth hacks across acquisition funnels, conversion optimisation, and repeat behaviours
Work closely with marketing, product, tech,



and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience
Define channel strategy across brand site (Shopify) — balancing scale and margins
Drive data-led decision-making with explicit visibility into CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, churn, and retention metrics
Lead planning, merchandising, and promotional strategies aligned with brand and category objectives
Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team across marketing, analytics, and digital operations

Skills & Qualifications Required:

8–12 years of experience in e-commerce or D2C business leadership roles (FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle categories preferred)

Proven track record of managing full P&L; ownership and delivering growth in high-scale consumer businesses

Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, performance metrics, and consumer journey optimization

Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, CRM tools, and analytics platforms

Ability to translate data
