Role Description
The Production Control Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production planning, scheduling, and coordination across manufacturing operations. This role involves monitoring production workflows, aligning materials availability with production targets, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The Production Control Manager will track inventory levels, analyze process performance, resolve bottlenecks,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, warehouse, and quality to maintain smooth operations. The role also includes preparing reports, supporting cost control initiatives, and implementing continuous improvement measures to meet operational and business goals. Compensation for this role is up to 6 LPA, depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Production Planning and Production Management to develop schedules, allocate resources, and meet output targets.
Experience in Inventory Control and Materials Management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Knowledge of Process Control to monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes for consistency and efficiency.
Ability to use production management tools, spreadsheets, and ERP or MRP systems for planning and reporting.
