Work Experience:

- 36 years of experience managing bioremediation projects for drains, STPs, and ETPs using microbial consortia.
- Strong knowledge of microbial and enzyme-based products in waste management applications.
- Prior role as Senior Bioremediation Executive handling contaminated drain sites, STPs, and ETPs.
- Familiarity with bioremediation and bioaugmentation technologies.
- Experience in site evaluation and preparation of remedial action plans.
- Skilled in designing, managing, and reviewing bioremediation systems, reports, permits, specifications, and proposals.
- Hands-on experience in field activities including onsite labor and manpower management.
- Knowledge of CPCB and CPHEEO technical requirements for site investigations and remediation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage project operations effectively.




- Experience in preparing reports and coordinating with Technical Head Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the technical interface with clients, coordinating between client, onsite team, and office.
- Organize wastewater sampling and bio-culture dosing as per established protocols.
- Develop and implement process control techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Apply knowledge of mechanical, biological, and chemical processes in bioremediation treatment.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on daily onsite activities.
- Address client technical queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and payment recovery.
- Maintain robust communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in Hindi required).
