Job Description

10-15 years operations in luxury (jewellery, watches, fashion, hospitality).

Has scaled a multi-city brand before. Can negotiate leases, contracts, and vendor deals.

Daily / weekly work:

• Owns city-by-city rollout: Nagpur renovation completion, Delhi placement, Bangalore Pernia's, exhibition logistics.

• Manages vendor relationships: PR agency, event producers, security, logistics.

• Weekly review with Founder on the action plan.

• Owns hiring of all roles below VP level.

• Owns the budget monthly P&L; review with Founder and Finance Manager.

Key Result Areas (KRA) Measured by:

• On-time delivery of city milestones.

• Burn rate vs. plan (10% of monthly budget).

• Vendor cost control.

• Team hiring milestones met.

Year-1 deliverable: All city milestones shipped on time, within budget. Three exhibitions executed.

Red line: Does not get involved in design or creative decisions
