We are hiring **Commis 3** for a reputed hospitality/restaurant setup in **Mumbai**.

**Position:** Commis 3

**Location:** Mumbai

**Experience:** Fresher / 0–1 Year

**Employment Type:** Full-time

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen operations

* Maintain mise en place and kitchen cleanliness

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards

* Assist senior chefs in preparing dishes

* Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients

* Support the kitchen team during service

### Requirements

* Freshers are welcome to apply

* Hotel Management / Culinary / Food Production qualification preferred

* Basic knowledge of kitchen operations

* Passion for cooking and hospitality

* Willingness to learn and grow

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
