About the Role

We are looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated Primary Teachers to join the founding team of our upcoming premium CBSE school in Hosahalli, near Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

The selected candidates will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment while helping students build strong academic foundations, confidence, and essential life skills.

Subjects

- English
- Mathematics
- Social Studies (SST)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching-learning resources.
- Use innovative, interactive, and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Encourage students to participate actively in classroom discussions and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and assessments.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school management when required.
- Participate in school events, academic activities, workshops,



and other co-curricular initiatives.
- Contribute to building a positive and progressive learning culture as part of the founding team.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school is mandatory.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Relevant subject expertise in English, Mathematics, or Social Studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate primary-level students.
- Solid lesson planning and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for teaching and working with children.
- Willingness to adopt innovative and activity-based teaching approaches.
- Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
