About SkillStride

SkillStride is a recruitment consultancy working with clients across IT and Non-IT hiring. We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter who can independently manage recruitment assignments and drive positions from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, existing databases, referrals, job groups, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and functional fit.
- Understand candidate skills, experience, CTC, notice period, location, and career expectations.
- Shortlist and submit high-quality candidates to the client.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.




- Manage candidates through the complete recruitment funnel — Sourcing → Screening → Submission → Interview → Selection → Offer → Joining.
- Handle candidate negotiations, counteroffers, notice-period issues, and joining risks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Work closely with the SkillStride team and interns for sourcing support.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and work towards successful closures.
