HR Executive – Compliance, Payroll & Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in HR Compliance, Payroll Management, and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll processing, employee documentation, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary calculations.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, salary, and other HR records.
- Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain statutory registers, employee documentation, and HR reports.
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related matters.
- Support onboarding,



employee lifecycle activities, and HR documentation.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and other compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in HR policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR Compliance and Labour Laws
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Management
- Good understanding of Recruitment
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Eligibility

- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Compliance + Payroll + Recruitment will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from Barwala.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
