Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements and hiring.
- Maintain employee records, HR data and documentation.
- Assist with payroll coordination and employee-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.




- Support employee engagement and training activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular HR reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, particularly Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
