Job Description

A reputed automobile dealership is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to manage the complete service experience for customers at its premium passenger-car service centre in Kandivali, Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer visits and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Explain repair work and service requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams.
- Provide regular updates on vehicle service progress.
- Handle customer queries and service-related complaints.
- Ensure proper coordination between customers and the workshop.
- Support vehicle quality checks and final delivery.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow service centre standards.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor / Service Consultant.
- Experience in passenger-car dealerships or automobile service centres.
- Experience with premium passenger-car brands is preferred.
- Candidates from other passenger-car brands with strong service-advisor experience may also be considered.
- Good automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Automobile / Mechanical background preferred.

Significant: This position is for passenger-car service experience. Candidates with only commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, JCB, heavy equipment or two-wheeler service experience are not suitable.
