Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and motivated Relationship Associate in the Bancassurance division. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with partner banks to enhance their insurance business. You will work closely with bank personnel to ensure they understand and promote our insurance products effectively. Your goal will be to drive sales through collaborative efforts and provide training and support to bank staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with branch managers and staff at partner banks.
- Conduct training sessions to educate bank personnel on our insurance products.




- Collaborate with bank teams to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote insurance products.
- Track sales performance and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Address any queries or concerns from bank staff regarding insurance offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
